I used to be a hardcore Christian but the more I read the Bible the more I realized that God is not the good guy. I read Stephen KIng's Desperation which said God is cruel and it clicked into place. In the bible if says 

Deuteronomy 20:14 indicates that all women and child captives become enslaved property:[55]

As for the women, the children, the livestock and everything else in the city, you may take these as plunder for yourselves. And you may use the plunder [Yahweh] your God gives you from your enemies. (Deuteronomy 20:14 NIV)

God tells the Israelites to rape women and children.

Deuteronomy 21:10–14 states:

When you go to war against your enemies and [Yahweh] your God delivers them into your hands and you take captives, if you notice among the captives a beautiful woman and are attracted to her, you may take her as your wife. Bring her into your home and have her shave her head, trim her nails and put aside the clothes she was wearing when captured. After she has lived in your house and mourned her father and mother for a full month, then you may go to her and be her husband and she shall be your wife. If you are not pleased with her, let her go wherever she wishes. You must not sell her or treat her as a slave, since you have dishonored her. (Deuteronomy 21:10–14 NIV)[58]

Not only is God fine with raping women he commands the Jews to rape women.

Deuteronomy 22

28. If a man happens to meet a virgin who is not pledged to be married and rapes her and they are discovered,

29. he shall pay her father fifty shekels of silver. He must marry the young woman, for he has violated her. He can never divorce her as long as he lives. (Deuteronomy 22:22–29 NIV)[63]

God commands raped women to marry their rapists after they are sold like slaves. 

 Psalm 137:9

“Happy is he who repays you for what you have done to us – he who seizes your infants and dashes them against the rocks.”

According to the Bible nothing is more fun than killing infants.

Exodus 21:7

7 “When a man sells his daughter as a slave, she will not be freed at the end of six years as the men are.8 If she does not satisfy her owner, he must allow her to be bought back again. But he is not allowed to sell her to foreigners, since he is the one who broke the contract with her.9 But if the slave’s owner arranges for her to marry his son, he may no longer treat her as a slave but as a daughter.

God is fine with fathers selling their own daughters into slavery.

Ephesians 5:22

“Wives, submit to your husbands as to the Lord.” 

Timothy 2:12

“I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man; she must be silent.”  

Women in Christianity had almost no rights but women who worshipped the Vikings gods had a lot. 

After living a long childless life Abraham finally has a son in old age. How does God reward him?

Genesis 22:2

 ‘Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt-offering on one of the mountains that I shall show you.’ 

God is a killer. It's hard to find a page in the Bible where God isn't killing anyone. In the Bible god kills millions of people and Satan kills ten because God told him to. God starts by killing almost every single living thing in the flood. Then God destroys the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah and Lot's wife for just looking back. God killed Judah's first born child. God slew Onan for refusing to marry his dead brother's wife. During Moses' plagues on Egypt god killed the farmers in the fields with hail. But that wasn't enough for God so he slew every single first born child in Egypt. Then when the army of Egypt chased after the Israelites it was drowned by God in the Red Sea. God killed Aaron's sons for creating a strange fire. When Israelites complained in the desert God killed them with a fire. When the Israelites complained again about the food and wanting to go back to Egypt God killed them with a plague. When 10 Israelite scouts claimed that the land contained giants and couldn't be conquered God killed them with a plague. When Korah, Dathan, and Abiram claimed to be as holy as Moses God happily killed them and their children in an earthquake. When 250 followers of Korah wouldn't accept it God burned them to death. Then God killed 14000 Israelites for complaining about murdering Korah. When they complained about the quality of bread God killed Israelites with fiery serpents from heaven. When God found the Israelites having sex with Moabite women and worshipping the Phoenician God Baal God killed 24,000 of them with a plague. God destroyed an entire Israelite army. When the Ammonites fought the Israelites God killed them with hailstones from heaven. God killed 50,000 Israelites for looking into the Ark of the Covenant like Indiana Jones. When David did not murder Nabal's servants or steal from him and David expected him to give him those things God killed Nabal. Uzzah was killed by God for accidentally touching the Ark of the Covenant. God punished David's affair with Bathsheba by slaughtering their newborn child with a disease. God killed 70,000 just because David took a census. When a prophet was told not to eat by God but another prophet told him to eat God killed him with lions. God murdered Jeroboam's child to punish him. When a man was told to hit a prophet but wouldn't God killed him with lions. When King Ahaziah sought healing from the god Baal God killed him in his bed. When 102 soldiers were rude to Elijah for serving in Ahaziah's army God burned them to death. 24 children mocked Elisha's bald head and God killed the children with bears. When foreigners didn't worship God he killed them with lions. God killed an entire Assyrian army of 185,000 men for being at war with Israel. God killed Jeroboam for rebelling against the King of Israel. Jehoram was killed with a disease for doing evil. Hananiah was killed for being a false prophet. God slaughtered Ezekiel's wife for no reason at all. When Ananias and his wife Sapphira didn't give every single thing they owned to the church God slew them at Peter's feet. God is a hard core communist. When Herod failed to praise god God slew him with Angels. In Revelation non Christians will be slain in numbers like sand of the sea. 

In the book of Job God makes a deal with the devil to torture Job, his righteous man. God takes everything from him to see if he will curse the name of God. 

In the Old Testament there is no Hell, just Sheol or heaven. The early Christian church stole Hell from the Vikings. The goddess Hel ruled over a place of damnation called hel. Vikings who died bravely in battle were taken by the Valkyries to the hall of the all-father Odin called Valhalla. The Christians replaced Hel with Satan. Also Odin was killed on the world tree Yggdrasill and resurrected like Jesus but way before him. The birth of Christ was moved to the Viking holiday Yule to Odin. The death of Christ was moved to the Viking holiday to their spring goddess of fertility Eostre. The Christians stole half of their religion from the Vikings. In Puritanical New England at the beginning of America it was wrong to celebrate these pagan holidays. Then the Christians killed pagan Vikings for worshipping the same thing. The Vikings were the most progressive religion for women but when the Christians took over it was hell. "Though shall not suffer a witch to live." The early Christians stole from the Vikings and then murdered them. Two of the Commandments right? 

God cannot be all-powerful and omniscient and be all good. He wouldn't have allowed evil to exist. But instead God sent his chosen people the Jews to be tortured throughout history for killing Christ. The Germans in World War 2 killed millions of Jews. In the Spanish Inquisition millions of Jews, pagans, and Muslims were killed. Countless other events in history that the Christians killed non believers. Yet the Christians and their God are the good guys?
